This week’s meetup is about the fear of letting go of our limiting beliefs—fears around trusting ourselves around food, quitting dieting, setting boundaries, and weight gain, how your “bad” habits support you, and how to reframe negative self-talk.

This meetup covers the importance of self-expression and how your happiness in different areas of life contribute to your overall wellbeing. We’ll talk about getting comfortable with your body, gymphobia, self-love and flexing your confidence muscle.
Meetups will be held via Zoom at 7pm EST.
